How do I book an airport transfer?

Choose your resort or hotel, pick a vehicle for your party size and confirm your booking online. You will need your arrival flight number, the date and time your flight lands, your hotel name and a mobile number we can reach you on. Confirmation is sent by email as soon as the booking is complete.

Where will I meet my driver at Antalya Airport?

After you clear passport control and collect your luggage, walk through into the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting at the meeting point holding a board with your name on it. If you cannot see the board, call or message the number on your confirmation and we will direct you.

My hotel is not on your list. Can you still take me?

Accepted Answer

Almost certainly yes. The site lists the hotels we are asked for most often, not every address we serve — we also drive to private villas, apartments, marinas and residential addresses across the Antalya region. Book the resort area your accommodation is in and give us the full address in the notes.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Choose by the number of people travelling and the amount of luggage, not by price alone. Each vehicle on the fleet page lists how many passengers and how many medium suitcases it takes. If you are close to the limit, take the next size up: a full boot with cases on laps is not a comfortable start to a holiday.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, and there is no charge for them. Tell us the ages of the children when you book so the right seat — infant carrier, child seat or booster — is fitted before we collect you.

What is included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Everything. The price you see is fixed and final: taxes, airport parking, fuel, motorway tolls and the driver are all in it. There are no hidden charges, no per-suitcase fees and no surcharge for a night arrival.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel up to 2 hours before your trip and you are refunded 100% of what you paid. There is no cancellation fee and no need to explain why.

Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Yes. We run lift-equipped vehicles that take a wheelchair user plus three other passengers, and a larger one that takes a wheelchair user plus six. The wheelchair user travels in their own chair; there is no transfer into a seat unless you prefer it.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle, one way. Four people travelling together pay the same as one person in the same vehicle, so the cost per head falls as your party grows.

What kind of vehicles do you use?

Modern, air-conditioned, Mercedes-led fleet — minivans for families and small groups, Sprinter minicoaches for larger parties and full-size coaches for groups of up to 44. All vehicles are licensed for passenger transport and insured for it.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight by the number you gave us when booking and move the pick-up to match the new landing time. You do not need to call us, and there is no extra charge for a delay. If your flight is diverted or cancelled, message us as soon as you can so we can re-plan the journey.

How exact does my address need to be?

Exact enough for the driver to reach the door. A hotel name is usually enough; for apartments and villas we need the street, the building name or number and, where there is one, the district. Turkish resorts often have several hotels with similar names, so the district matters.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Any time before you travel, although we ask for at least 24 hours so the vehicle and driver can be allocated to your flight. During July and August, and over school holidays, larger vehicles and wheelchair accessible vehicles are booked well ahead — the earlier you book, the more choice you have.

How much notice do you need for an accessible transfer?

As much as you can give us. There are a limited number of lift-equipped vehicles in the fleet, so booking early is the difference between having one and not. Tell us the type of wheelchair — manual, folding or electric — and its weight, because that decides which vehicle we send.

My flight has changed. How do I update my booking?

Accepted Answer

Send us the new flight number and landing time by email or WhatsApp and we will move the pick-up. There is no charge for changing flight details. If the change is on the day of travel, message us rather than emailing — WhatsApp reaches the duty team fastest.

Is there anything provided during the journey?

Bottled water is provided in every vehicle. The air conditioning is on before you get in, which in an Antalya July matters more than it sounds.

By phone, WhatsApp or email, 24 hours a day. The number is on every page of this site and on your booking confirmation. For anything happening right now — you have landed, you cannot see the driver, your flight has moved — WhatsApp is the fastest route to a person.

Can I add passengers after booking?

Yes, as long as the vehicle you booked has the seats. If the extra passengers take you past the capacity, we move you to a larger vehicle and the fare changes to that vehicle rate — we tell you the difference before anything is confirmed.

How long will the journey take?

Each resort page on this site shows the distance from Antalya Airport and the typical driving time in normal traffic. Journeys along the Alanya and Side coast road are longer on Saturdays and Sundays, when most hotel changeovers happen.

I am bringing golf clubs, a pushchair or a surfboard. Is that a problem?

Not if you tell us when you book. Oversized items take the space of a suitcase or more, and knowing about them in advance lets us send a vehicle with the boot space rather than trying to solve it in the airport car park.

Can you help with mobility equipment during my stay?

Ask us. We are a member of ENAT, the European Network for Accessible Tourism, and we can point you to equipment hire and accessible services in the resort you are travelling to.

How do I pay?

You can pay online when you book or in cash to the driver at the end of the journey. Prices on this site are shown in euros, which is the currency the fare is set in.

Is the transfer private or shared?

Every transfer is private. The vehicle is yours alone: no other passengers, no stops to collect anyone else, no waiting at the airport for a coach to fill up. You leave as soon as your party is in the vehicle.

The driver waits from the moment your flight lands, through passport control and baggage reclaim. Antalya Airport can be slow at peak times and that is expected — the wait is included in your fare, not billed by the minute.

Should I tip the driver?

A tip is never expected and never added to your bill. Drivers are paid for the job; if you thought the service was good and want to leave something, that is entirely your decision.

Can we stop on the way to the hotel?

Yes. A short stop for a supermarket, a cash machine or a comfort break is normally fine — tell the driver at the start of the journey. Longer detours or a second drop-off address are best arranged when you book so the right time is set aside.

Does it matter which terminal I arrive at?

No. Antalya Airport (AYT) has separate international and domestic terminals and we meet you at the one your flight arrives at. The terminal is taken from your flight number, so make sure the number on your booking is the flight you actually travel on.

Can I book the return journey at the same time?

Yes, and we recommend it. Booking both directions together means the return pick-up time is calculated for you against your departure flight, and you are not left arranging transport at the end of your holiday.
